We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the platform: inquiry submissions (name, email, question), review submissions (rating, text), and clinic registration details. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or sell data to any party.
Inquiry submissions are read by our editorial team and used only to respond to your question. Review submissions are held privately pending manual approval. Clinic registration data is used solely to conduct the vetting process.
Questions submitted via our Ask page are private and are never shared with clinics, partners, or any third party. Responses are sent discreetly to the email you provide (if any). You may submit questions without providing an email.
We retain submitted data only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. You may request deletion of any data you have submitted by contacting us. Approved reviews that have been published may be retained in anonymised form.
Patient review submissions and inquiries are held securely in an access-controlled database. Administrative access is restricted to the platform team.
For privacy-related requests, including data deletion, please use our Ask page. We respond to all privacy requests within 14 days.
